Director

André has more than 25 years of experience in physical security, security governance, and risk management across the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Director, supporting the company’s government, defence, justice, and critical infrastructure projects, where he brings extensive experience in threat and risk assessments, security audits, compliance reviews, and enterprise security programs. Prior to joining Lobo, André was Director of Physical Security at the RCMP, overseeing physical security programs for more than 4,000 facilities across Canada.
